By using Nomia you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree with them, the service isn't for you — that's fine, we're not trying to be for everyone.

1. Accounts and invites

Access to Nomia is by invite only. Each invite code is single‑use and tied to the member who issued it. You're responsible for what happens under your account, including any rooms you create and any invites you send.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nomia to:

3. Content and rooms

Rooms are created and moderated by their members, not by us. Because content is end‑to‑end encrypted, we generally cannot see it and cannot moderate it directly — responsibility for what's shared in a room sits with the people in it.

4. Availability

Nomia is offered as‑is, in active beta. Features may change, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

5. Termination

We may suspend or remove an account that violates section 2, without prior notice, to protect other members.

6. Liability

Nomia is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nomia after a change means you accept the updated terms.
